Funding

100% of a participant’s training program fee must be paid on or before the first day of the training program or within thirty (30) days of issuing an invoice from the National Transportation Center, whichever is later. This applies to all Payors subject to this enrollment application, including the the participant and any other Payors paying on his or her behalf.

Individuals may also be eligible for competitive scholarships or other programs to offset training program fees. Scholarship awards and eligibility are defined by the National Transportation Center Foundation in this Application and are subject to availability. When you apply for a scholarship, we may also recommend, propose, or assist in securing sources of alternative funding.

Employers or others may also agree to pay training program fees on behalf of participants.

Overall, our goal with all of our programs is to keep the time and expense required to grow participants’ skills to a minimum. In the Finance Worksheet and Agreement, you are asked to specify your plan for funding. All fees are subject to our Refund Policy as described in our Enrollment Application.
