How We Work Together
Technician Development – Recruit, hire, train, retain. We help you set up a technician pipeline to serve your current and future needs.
Scholarship Fund – Grow the next generation of workers. Set up a scholarship fund in your company’s name and attract new employees.
Placement Services – Interview and hire talent directly. Industry partners would create a scholarship fund through the NTC Foundation to cover the cost of the new hire. The employer will make three donations of $2,500 to the Foundation:
